Project Manager - IT Cyber Defence Center (interim)


Voor onze directe eindklant zoeken wij een Project Manager Cyber Defence Security in Rotterdam.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het goed en adequaat inrichten en positioneren van het IT Cyber Defence Center binnen de organisatie van de klant om hiermee te voldoen aan de Wet Beveiliging Netwerk- en Informatiesystemen (Wbni).

Een Cyber Defence Center (CDC) kijkt doorlopend naar indicatoren die wijzen op het bestaan van kwetsbaarheden en of die actief misbruikt worden. Deze indicatoren komen vanuit verschillende bronnen, waaronder de overheid (NCSC), de energiesector, leveranciers en specialistische security partijen.

Deze opdracht omvat de inrichting en positionering van het CDC voor IT. De inrichting van het OT CDC inclusief de daarbij behorende processen en de systemen staat in de steigers en wordt nu verder ingevuld. De inrichting van het IT CDC is ‘hoog-over’ identiek aan het OT CDC, alleen de invulling is lastiger omdat processen en de teams volop in beweging zijn. Met de inrichting van het IT CDC is reeds een start gemaakt, maar dit moet verder worden opgepakt en worden afgerond. Dat doe je samen met een team professionals waar jij onderdeel van uit maakt. Om deze inrichting en positionering succesvol te begeleiden en door te voeren zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren sr. Project manager (Epic owner) die graag gestructureerd werkt en resultaatgericht is.

Je bent de project manager van deze Epic en wordt initieel verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol inrichten en positioneren van het IT CDC binnen de klant. Dit doet de projectleider in opdracht van de business owner. Kerntaken zijn het opstellen van een plan van aanpak, inclusief de noodzakelijke features en het borgen van de succesvolle implementatie hiervan. Dit doe je samen met het projectteam, bestaande uit medewerkers van het security office, product owners en SCRUM teams. Je stuurt deze aan en zorgt dat zijn succesvol kunnen zijn in de uitvoering van de taken. Daarnaast rapporteert de Epic Owner periodiek over de voortgang van de Epic aan de Stuurgroep Security en Architectuur.

Naast oog voor de grote lijnen en afhankelijkheden heb je ook gevoel voor de inhoud en het stakeholdermanagement. Vanuit je toegevoegde waarde voor het team werk je samen met hen aan oplossingen en voorstellen om de noodzakelijke inrichting van processen en systemen binnen de gestelde termijn te kunnen implementeren. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het zelfstandig positioneren van het IT CDC als businessunit binnen de IT-organisatie (IT CDC als klant van IT in plaats van onderdeel van IT).

For one of our partners, we are looking for 2 Mendix developers to work for a financial services client located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Candidates with experience in the financial services sector are highly desirable. We need someone who can develop a vision with regard to reusable building blocks (Starter Apps, Modules, Widgets, etc). Someone who can think about migration scenarios from our current product Backbase Forms to Mendix. It is related to an implementation on own infra hosting (Azure Private), but deep cloud computing is not necessary.

Minimum skills and experience:


• Bachelor or Master IT / Computer science or equated by experience
• Strong experience with the Mendix development platform (or other Low-Code platform)
• Strong experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong experience in DevOps
• Experience in working with 3rd parties and distributed teams
• At least 5 years of work experience in various roles within Scrum organized software development
• Candidates must speak fluent Dutch and English
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate application requirements with the Product Owner;
• Support the Product Owner in drawing up User Stories;
